FLOW Affiliate Program
Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated July 2026
1. Application and approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. FLOW may approve, reject, suspend, or end an affiliate account at its discretion. Referral links become eligible for commission only while the affiliate status is active.
2. Eligible commissions
Clicks, account registrations, free trials, checkout attempts, and failed payments do not create commission. A commission is created only after Stripe confirms that FLOW successfully collected an eligible referred customer subscription payment.
3. Attribution
A referral must use the affiliate's valid tracking link and complete signup within the displayed referral window. FLOW's server-side referral record controls attribution. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, pre-existing customers, and manipulated attribution are not eligible.
4. Holds, refunds, and disputes
Commissions remain pending during the program's hold period. Refunds, credits, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or payment reversals may cause a commission to be rejected or reversed. Amounts already paid may be deducted from future earnings where permitted.
5. Payouts
Available commissions are paid through reviewed payout batches after the affiliate reaches the displayed minimum payout. The affiliate is responsible for supplying accurate payout and tax information. Timing may be delayed for verification, fraud review, payment-provider issues, or legal compliance.
6. Promotion rules
Affiliates must describe FLOW accurately, clearly disclose their financial relationship with FLOW, and follow applicable advertising and privacy laws. Spam, misleading claims, impersonation, trademark bidding without written approval, deceptive redirects, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, and unauthorized incentives are prohibited.
7. Customer privacy
Affiliates receive aggregate and anonymized referral statuses rather than private customer workspace data. Affiliates may not attempt to identify, access, or contact referred customers through FLOW data.
8. Changes and termination
FLOW may update program terms, commission rates, duration, tracking windows, minimum payouts, or availability. Ending participation stops new commission eligibility, while valid existing amounts remain subject to review, holds, reversals, and these terms.
9. General terms
Participation is also governed by FLOW's general Terms and Privacy Policy. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes and should obtain professional legal and tax advice for their circumstances.
